The timber's hard ............ Everything else is easy!

Austimber supplied the Spotted Gum timber used for the tray in this 1955 International AR160 tray truck that has been beautifully restored by Paul Sammut.
The truck was originally used by S&M Fox Mining as a tipper and in 1960 was sold to Norm Hession, a Box Hill (NSW) local for carting eggs up until the mid 1970's when Norm purchased a new Ford truck for his egg deliveries and he then converted the International to a water tanker.
Norm became ill in 1998 and retired at which time he passed the truck on to Paul Sammut.
Paul had the truck stored for a number of years and began the restoration work in 2013 and completed it earlier this year (2017).
The truck made it's debut at the 2017 Clarendon Machinery & Truck Show and it also featured on the front cover and inside story of the November/December 2017 issue of Vintage Trucks, Commercials Magazine (issue 44).
